Seller and acceptance
AI web reader is sold by Rajakumar, India. By purchasing, installing, or using the product, you agree to these Terms and the Purchase Policy. Contact [email protected] with questions.
License grant and limits
A Solo purchase provides one non-exclusive, non-transferable license key for one installation. A Bundle provides three separate keys, each for one installation. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or share keys outside the people or installations for which you purchased them.
One-time and “lifetime” access
The license provides continued use of the available product version and any compatible updates Rajakumar chooses to release. It does not guarantee future features, perpetual development, indefinite support, or permanent compatibility with browsers or third-party services.
OpenAI and third parties
You must provide your own OpenAI API key. OpenAI usage is billed separately by OpenAI. You are responsible for your OpenAI account, access, charges, content rights, and compliance with OpenAI's terms. Chrome, OpenAI, Polar, and other third-party services may change or discontinue functionality.
Acceptable use and revocation
Do not use the product unlawfully, infringe others' rights, circumvent installation controls, interfere with the service, or distribute credentials. A key may be suspended or revoked for fraud, chargeback, resale, unauthorized sharing, abuse, or material breach. Where practical, support will investigate mistakes.
Disclaimers and liability
The product is provided as available. AI output may be inaccurate and should not replace professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction at the operator's place of business in India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable dispute rules in your location.
