Purchase Policy

Digital delivery and refunds
Because AI web reader is digitally delivered, purchases are generally final once license keys have been issued. Refunds may still be provided where required by applicable law or where the product is materially defective and we cannot provide a reasonable remedy.
Requesting help or a remedy
Email [email protected] with your Polar purchase ID, purchase email, Chrome and extension versions, and a description of the issue. Do not email your OpenAI API key. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting information and will first attempt repair, activation reset, or key replacement where appropriate.
Refunds and revocation
If a refund is approved or legally required, it is returned through the original payment channel where possible. Associated license keys may be revoked. This policy is applied consistently with Polar's checkout and payment terms and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
OpenAI charges
The purchase covers only the AI web reader license. It requires your own OpenAI API key, and OpenAI usage is billed separately. OpenAI charges are not collected or refunded by AI web reader.
